The process consisted of three rounds: an Online Assessment, a Technical Round, and an HR Round.
Online Assessment:
The online assessment was divided into four parts. The first segment involved English questions, testing language proficiency. The second part focused on Business Analytics and Data Interpretation, incorporating questions related to bar graphs, pie charts, and candlestick charts. The third section comprised two DSA questions of easy level. Finally, the fourth section featured a question similar to stock buy and sell scenario, allowing transactions to occur any number of times.
After this assessment, around 32 candidates were shortlisted to advance to the interview rounds.
Technical Round:
The Technical Round was conducted in person. It commenced with a brief introduction about myself. Subsequently, we engaged in an in-depth discussion about the projects listed in my resume. The interviewer was keen on understanding the intricacies and challenges I faced during these projects.
Following this, I was given a DSA question that required me to find all the numbers in a given range that satisfy a set of conditions (divisible by k and equal number of odd and even digits). We also discussed the upcoming and trending technologies. This round aimed to assess my technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
HR Round:
The final stage of the interview process was the HR Round. It was a typical HR round where they asked me why I wanted to work at Wells Fargo, where I saw myself in five years, and my family background. We also discussed the databases used in my projects.
Result:
The day concluded with the announcement of the results, and I was elated to learn that I was among the 10 selected candidates.
