P = 4(A + B + C)
S = 2(A*B + B*C + A*C)
where A, B, C are the sides of the box.
if V is the volume of the box than -:
V = A*B*C
try to express volume in one term of one side than differentiate it with respect to the side and you get the value of that side corresponding to both minima and maxima. take desire value and get the answer.
